Today my eating didn't go super great, but it wasn't all that bad either, probably around 600 calories.

In other news, I stumbled apon the most wonderful thinspiration today ^_^
I fount these brand new Da'nange jeans for $25, they're so great, but also a bit too small. I'm soooo motivated to loose weight so I can fit into these things!


In other, other news- I'm de-gauging my ears and very, very sad.

So My goal is to loose about 8-10 lbs in a month. I have a diet plan that needs tweaking and imput from those who are a bit better at organizing eating scheduals than I am, help please!

Breakfast: grain/wheat (coffee): probably 1/2 cup of a whole grain cereal like shreaded wheat with juice instead of milk or just plain.

Lunch: protein: 1/2 cup cottage cheese, or boiled chicken breast, or eggwhite, maybe plain tuna

Dinner: Veggies: anything, probably carrots/tomato/bellpepper as they are my favorites

Plus an apple if it's needed, probably more coffee too.


I'd like this to be kept as low cal. as possible, but I havent got all the cal. information on most of these items, so I will be guessing as best as I can until I ahve this figured out. If anyone could tell me how many cal.s in any of these food items I'd be greatful
