  <description>Today my eating didn&apos;t go super great, but it wasn&apos;t all that bad either, probably around 600 calories.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In other news, I stumbled apon the most wonderful thinspiration today ^_^&lt;br /&gt;I fount these brand new Da&apos;nange jeans for $25, they&apos;re so great, but also a bit too small.  I&apos;m soooo motivated to loose weight so I can fit into these things!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In other, other news- I&apos;m de-gauging my ears and very, very sad.</description>

  <description>So My goal is to loose about 8-10 lbs in a month.  I have a diet plan that needs tweaking and imput from those who are a bit better at organizing eating scheduals than I am, help please!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Breakfast: grain/wheat (coffee): probably 1/2 cup of a whole grain cereal like shreaded wheat with juice instead of milk or just plain.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lunch: protein: 1/2 cup cottage cheese, or boiled chicken breast, or eggwhite, maybe plain tuna&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dinner: Veggies: anything, probably carrots/tomato/bellpepper as they are my favorites&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Plus an apple if it&apos;s needed, probably more coffee too.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I&apos;d like this to be kept as low cal. as possible, but I havent got all the cal. information on most of these items, so I will be guessing as best as I can until I ahve this figured out.  If anyone could tell me how many cal.s in any of these food items I&apos;d be greatful&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;-Grace</description>
